Grief has no timeline, but holidays are often difficult for those  grieving a loved one’s death.   For this reason, GriefShare ministries is offering a seminar at St. Andrews Anglican Church this coming Lord’s Day, November 5, from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm entitled “Surviving the Holidays.”

This seminar focuses on:

• How to deal with the many emotions you’ll face during the holidays
• What to do about traditions and other coming changes
• Helpful tips for surviving social events
• How to discover hope for your future.
