As we considered this past week the significance of the Day of Pentecost in redemptive history, this Lord’s Day we will consider the words of Peter’s very powerful sermon on that day in Acts 2:14-41. Peter proclaims Christ clearly and boldly from the Old Testament to those in his midst, and we are told that “there were added that day about three thousand souls.” (Acts 2:41)
